Pdf: Rosalie-Woodard-Manning-Obituary

I did not know cousin Rosalie, I knew her sister Ruth only slightly better and her brother Gerald, we all knew him by stories of his exploits. My brother Lawrence is likely the one of us who could say that he knew Rosalie and Ruth best.

Rosalie and her sibs are 2nd cousins to our mother. Della Sutton is both our mother's (Gwendolyn C. Morgan-Pickett) and Rosalie's (and sibs) great-grandmother through Florence and Beatrice who are sisters (children of Della Sutton).

I've come across information that lends to belief that Virginia Sutton-Houghes and sib were raised (at least teenage years) in the same household at my grandmother (Valeri C. Morgan and her sibs) by Florence Isabel Sutton. This means that 1st cousins where raises as siblings in the house of Florence Sutton.

If the above is true... there is a similar occurrence in this generation of descendants of Beatrice. As it was with Beatrice... Her sister incorporated her children into her household just as Vickie Bates-Anderson has incorporated her sisters' children into hers.
