I did not know Elodia. I know that she and My mother-in-law were Paternal 1st cousins. Willie Lee Rather and Mattie Luler Garth are their grandparents.

Pam says that they were also close friends and that she was instrumental in getting her mother (Bettie) to Chicago where she later met and married her father (Harold Watkins).
